This individual with multiple PD risk factors had cardiac noradrenergic deficiency and intact striatal dopaminergic innervation when first evaluated. Over time he developed cognitive dysfunction and decreased putamen 18F-DOPA-derived radioactivity. Eventually he was diagnosed with dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB).
